Agenda of discussions:
• Can a research career be attractive?
• Researcher in Romania – between aspirations and challenges;
• What does it mean to be a researcher in the socio-human field compared to the technical field?
• The labor market in research – opportunities and constraints;
• Research in Romania vs. European/international research: where we are and where we want to be;
• Measures to stimulate research.
Debate that will explore the professional path of a researcher, from the initial stages to current challenges. Diverse topics will
be addressed, such as research in the socio-human and technical fields, the connection with the labor market, as well as the
differences between research in Romania and European or international research.
The event is addressed to master's students, doctoral students, researchers, and all those interested in the aforementioned aspects.
